We will have been in business for 40 years this coming September and have never had a showroom. I started shop-at-home flooring business because it saves money, a selection is better made in the environment in which it will be installed, the site must be inspected and measured anyway so a visit is inevitable, and it is much more convenient for the customer who can now make a decision in the relaxed atmosphere of his/her home. I do not compromise on the quality of materials or installers. Ultimately, materials and installation are all that are required and should always be high quality. Most discount stores offer lower quality materials and pay their installers less, but still maintain a huge overhead. We do the opposite.
